Introducing: The Landing Wellness Weekend

We’re holding a luxurious three-day women’s recharge retreat this spring.

It’s the subject of countless newspaper articles – how women today are battling to balance the demands of career, family, friends, health, home and the community. You might be doing the juggle yourself, and if you are, you probably have several female friends and family members who are in the same boat.

While an hour or two of “me time” in the evenings can get you through week to week, when you feel you’re burning out and losing your sense of self, it takes a more substantial escape to genuinely revitalise and regain your perspective.

That’s why we’ve developed The Landing Paradise Wellness Weekend: a three-day recharge retreat where you and a small group of friends can escape to a beautiful, tranquil natural paradise, where your every need has been anticipated and catered to and you can focus on “filling your well”.

Hosted by Mindfulness Auckland meditation and yoga teacher Barbara Draper, the weekend includes sessions in yoga and meditation, therapeutic massage, cooking demonstrations, fireside chats on an array of wellness topics, and access to The Landing’s recreational facilities, including mountain bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, tennis court, gym, steam room and extensive walking tracks. Participate in as many or as few of the scheduled sessions as you like – the idea is for you to take the recharge journey that works best for you.

You and up to seven friends can book one of three luxury Residences for the weekend (depending on the size of the group) at a special rate, and choose to self-cater or take advantage of The Landing’s exceptional on-site chefs.
