It has been a busy month at The Landing winery and vineyard. Preparation for bottling is underway with Ben and the team blending, stabilising, and filtering the wine. Several of our wines have already been sent for bottling, including 2019 The Landing Chardonnay and 2020 The Landing Rosé. These wines will be released to the market in the coming weeks and we look forward to being able to share these with you.
Looking to the season ahead, vine and trellis maintenance work in the vineyard is already underway. Currently, vine pruning is afoot, and the vineyard and landscaping team have been working together to make and clear the cuts. Fortunately, the weather has been in our favour, and the team are making fantastic progress.
